New Shutters
The image above is of our master bedroom with the new shutters we had installed yesterday. Slowly checking things off of our home improvement to do list. How are things with each of you? Our gardens seem to be doing well, the rain last week helped and the roses are blooming again. The hummingbirds are frequent back yard visitors, along with many other birds. Had a lovely letter from a dear friend yesterday, such a wonderful surprise. I really must make a point of putting pen to paper more often. Enjoy the journey

Something For Me
Echino whole cloth quilt - melmade - spring 2012
Another session on the long arm quilting machine this week. This time around it was quilted in meandering loops, in a lime green thread and the quilt dimensions are 57 inches by 104 inches. The quilt front is one whole piece of fabric and the back is made up of the green and tan fabrics. I am looking forward to snuggling under this one. *The binding is now attached and here is another view.
Hope all is well in your corner of the planet. Enjoy the journey.
